Terms and Conditions of Service

Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and for personal use only; taxis, limos and other professional vehicles prohibited unless prior approval by GM or Owner. Membership is NOT valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or ride through the tunnel. This program is NOT for hand wash vehicles. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts including but not limited to: Corporate account discounts, Prepaid wash passes, Rewards Club, and/or Coupons. Lost Pines Full Service (LPFS) reserves the right to close stores or shorten hours of operation due to business needs or inclement weather conditions at its sole discretion. Membership is transferable between vehicles and upon written notice to LPFS. LPFS also reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time. Cancellation requires at minimum 7 days prior to the recharge of selected monthly plan. This should be done in writing or in person and will NOT be completed over the telephone. Due to Extra dirty vehicles, truck bed cleaning and/or pet hair removal charges will be assessed and required to be paid at the time of service.
